About the Role
As a Strategic Media Manager, you will develop, pitch, and sell integrated advertising programs and sponsorships across our media brands, digital channels, and events. You will manage a portion of existing business while proactively expanding our advertising base across key luxury and lifestyle categories.
This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can confidently present solutions that tap into our full suite of offerings, including digital campaigns, social media, video, print, custom content, events, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
• Sell multi-channel advertising programs, digital media, social campaigns, video content opportunities, event sponsorships, and print programs across RMS Media Group brands.
• Support and grow an active book of business through strong client service and proactive relationship management.
• Prospect and close new business through outreach, networking, industry associations, and inbound lead generation.
• Present strategic campaign ideas that align with client objectives and demonstrate deep understanding of our platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies across luxury and lifestyle verticals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and provide consistent reporting on sales progress.
• Deliver ongoing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations for new revenue opportunities.
• Represent RMS Media Group at events, trade shows, and client functions as needed.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience; background in advertising, digital media, sponsorships, events, or integrated programs is highly beneficial.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to uncover client needs and craft custom solutions.
• Confidence presenting to business owners, CMOs, agencies, and luxury brands.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and moving parts with precision.
• Experience in luxury markets, lifestyle categories, design, outdoor living, real estate, or travel is a plus.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.

The Independent Advertising Sales Representative will present and sell several niche magazines to various luxury brand companies and agencies from their home or business office. The successful sales representative will build their business from their advertising client base in categories which may include Fashion, Yachts, Jewelry, Golf, Travel and other leisure activities for the well heeled.
